
1.Counting:
This is the most famous way to calm down when you got angry,just close your eyes and start counting 1 to 10 numbers,if not happening continue beyond 10 -20 & so on.
2.Imagine a Happy Moment:
Close your eyes and remeber a happy moment of your life,it may give you relief from your anger.
3.Recall you favourite song:
Try to sing in your mind your favourite song,which can calm you down.
4.Meditation:
Every morning do meditation for 10 minutes which may help you to stay relax so that you don't get angry quickly.
5.Forgiveness:
This is the best way, by which you can cut off the root of your anger, by forgiving people you can really do great job and your anger will not haunt you back on that issue.
