Misleading Telecom Ads.....

Mobile phones or cellphones has become basic need of people.In the country like India where today large number of people use mobiles service daily and hence telecoms companies making lots of advertisement and most of it is misleading.Some telecoms companies state that they do not activate any service without customer's permission but fact is that most telecoms companies do this cheating with customer and activates unwanted services on customer's mobile and deducts balance and even do not give proper answer for what reason they deducting balance.Most disgusting thing is that they do not refund balance to customer and height is that company like Airtel,Idea and other telecoms companies charges customer to talk with their customer care executive.Means they first activate any service when customer calls to their executive they charge 50 paise/min to talk with executive and that executive even do not solve your problem and your balance get wasted that's really bad.This is not limited for mobile service but they also do it with Internet service, charging large amount even your monthly plan is fixed and when customer stopped their services still they used to send them bills,one of my friend who was using reliance Internet stopped the service and paid remaining dues then also received bills for three months and even I had face such problem with my Internet service provide it was Tata after paying bill they used to send me bill.I think TRAI should take proper action over such issues where companies should stop sending bills and activating unwanted services on customer's phone.
