How to Remove Security Software Tool virus !

Finally I am succeeded in removing Security Software Tool which itself is a virus and it is very hard to remove it from your computer once its get installed on your PC.When yesterday I get this virus installed on my laptop, then I tried various ways like searching for solution on Internet to remove this virus,even downloaded many software to remove it but none was useful because it will block your antivirus so that you may not be able to scan this virus ,it will also block task manager,so that you may not terminate process so yesterday I gave up.Then I installed ubuntu 9.10 on my laptop,but today when I tried to remove this Security Software Tool virus I got successful and the steps to remove this virus are as follow:-
            first go to start option of windows Xp then click on all programs and right click on Security Software Tool menu ,then click on properties ,then in properties click on find target option which will show you location of virus ,the files with any random numbers and icons of the shield in blue and red colours have to be deleted ,the red file will be deleted immediately but blue will not be deleted as it will show message the application is in use but still try to delete it four to five times,then go to recycle bin and check whether files are present in it,if red shield file is present in recycle bin then delete it and also empty recycle bin.After that restart your computer and if no security software tool pop window appears then your virus has been remove successfully now just put on antivirus scan for precaution that's it.I hope it will help you to remove your virus!
